Vurra Women and Orphans Initiative for Sustainable Development (VURRA) is a registered Community Based Organization (CBO) in Arua District, Uganda. We focus on: Vocational & Skills Training – to create jobs and livelihoods. Health & Wellness – promoting HIV/AIDS awareness, family planning, and reproductive health. Child & Youth Empowerment – supporting orphans, adolescent girls, and school dropouts. Agriculture & Livelihoods – organizing farmer cooperatives to strengthen food security and incomes. Our mission is to empower communities to become self-reliant and resilient for sustainable development.
